BOSSY KIDZ ships within the U.S via USPS FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided to you via email once the item(s) has been shipped.
please note that it may take several hours from the time and order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their System
Once Scanned at the post office shipping might take (2-7) business days, depending on your shipping location. Tracking number is included and emailed to the costumer once the order is labeled and has been shipped.
processing time is 2-7 business days . (mon-fri)
If the item you ordered is in stock(unless is states that it is a pre-order and a date has been given of an approximate arrival), it will be processed and shipped out within the next 2-7 business days. (Weekends not included). You will be notified by email if an item is delayed in shipment or temporary out of stock.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame we advertise , please make sure your address is fully entered correctly. If you realize you have entered the shipping address incorrect contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to ,we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.
PACKAGE DELIVERY ESTIMATE
When considering shipping and delivery date ; the following should be considered.
Credit card Authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on order volume or holiday season.
All orders placed from Saturday & Sunday will not be processed until the following week.
Please keep in mind that during Holidays processing time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within (3-5) business days please email us @ bossykidz@yahoo.com or reach out via our instagram page.
Please track your packages , Bossy Kidz is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments after scanned “Delivered” by USPS. We are also not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to local carrier in your area. Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned “DELIVERED” by USPS.

The customer is responsible for any and all custom charges due on delivery of product if any.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR ONLY (MEXICO AND CANADA)
ALL IMPORT FEES OR ANY FEES AT ALL CHARGED WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER MUST BE PAID BY CUSTOMER. Please make sure that all info is correct on address so it is not sent back to us .
