Return/Exchange policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


 -If you would like to return an item please email us and return item(s) within 7 days of the delivery of your item(s). Otherwise you will not be allowed to do any returns outside that time frame within the 7 days from the delivery date stated on the tracking information through USPS.com. To look up the date simply input your tracking number through www.usps.com SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS DO NOT COUNT.

-Once returning an item you will receive store credit ONLY if the item(s) being returned is in good,like new condition ,unworn and unwashed. Must be returned in original packing and all the item(s) tag must be attached.

-If the returned item is damaged ,dirty etc, you will NOT receive store credit . we will send back the same item(s) you had initially purchased.

-Store credit is received after we have received and inspected the item(s) and it meets our expectations.

-Eligible returns will be issued store credit ONLY , if used a discounted code it will be deducted from the item(s) being returned , selected promotional sales and all associated shipping cost are NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not do exchanges because we can’t guarantee the size you need we will still have available when we receive your return .

-All sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE, they are FINAL SALE.

-All swimwear, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE.

-Exchanges will only be allowed if there was an issue with your order. For example: receiving the wrong size, wrong color by bossykidz error only etc. Other reasons will be valid unless approved by a costumer service representative. You must email our costumer service team within 7 days upon delivery to have the problem acknowledged and fixed with order number / tracking number.

-Once the order is placed there are no cancelations / refunds.

-Costumers are responsible to cover any shipping fees when sending and item back to our return address.
